We want you to enjoy every single cup of coffee from us. If there was an error with your order on our part, we would love to hear from you so we can sort out any issues you may have. Your satisfaction is important to us.
We can't accept any returns because coffee is a perishable product. Please get in contact with us within 30 days of your purchase at ro.neighbourhoodcoffee@gmail.com if you are unsatisfied with your order and we can discuss with you further options.
